Craig Vire

Craig Vire is a permanent contributor to the Fireside Café, as well as other portions of the Main Street Ministries website.  Craig serves as Pastor of the Bethesda Baptist Church of Burleson, Texas. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree (1979) from Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas, and the Master of Divinity (1984) and Doctor of Ministry (2000) degrees from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas. He currently serves as a member of the Christian Education Coordinating Board of the Baptist General Convention of Texas. He and his wife, Pamela, have two daughters, Allison and Jillian.

Craig and John have been friends and colleagues for twenty years, and the conversations that take place in the Café are a continuation of numerous discussions that have taken place on running trails and road trips over the years.  Craig also writes his own blog which you can find here.
